Presentation was worthwhile, information is critical to every attorney, but the delivery didn't always keep my attention unfortunately.

Very helpful.

A very good presentation on a very important topic.

Excellent presentation-very thorough.

I learned that attorneys here in Tennessee are not mandated to keep client docs for any set period of time. Also good tips on using separate check book covers for trust account etc. This was a good practical CLE.

Strong presenters' panel. Good information (much of which is probably terrifying to veteran attorneys). Perhaps too much time spent on introductory remarks, but that's a very minor thing.

I work in federal law enforcement and have frequently encountered the trust account scams discussed in the presentation as reported to me by practicing attorneys. I suspect many, many more go unreported if the victim attorney can somehow cover the losses.

This is a great course for anyone in solo practice. Thanks so much for all of the great information.

This was very insightful in knowing what to do and not to do in regards to my IOLTA account in a small practice setting.

I was surprised to hear about some of the scams directed at attorneys. Really good information on how to deal with those situations.
