Great program

Importance of not sharing your bottom line with the mediator and not telling the mediator something that requires them to either lie, mislead, or communicate an item of confidentiality

Really good thoughts on how to prepare for a mediation and I appreciate the insights on what mediators are thinking/expecting from counsel.
