Ethics Roadshow: 2009 Nashville

Dec. 10 - Nashville
Description:

Keeping up with state ethics rules is important to your practice, and the Ethics Experts at the Tennessee Bar Association have a full slate of programs lined up this fall to help you in your day-to-day practice.

The annual Ethics Roadshow again returns with the most comprehensive programming on the proposed changes to the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct pending before the Tennessee Supreme Court, as well as some other revisions that have already been approved, and what they mean to you. This program is by Brian S. Faughnan, Chair of TBA's Ethics and Professionalism Committee - the same committee that helped draft the proposed rules revisions- so you know all of the speakers will be on top of changes that have taken place this year and those that are on the agenda for the coming year.
