Cyber Monday: Old Law New Technology

Description: Come spend Cyber Monday at the Tennessee Bar Center. This program will describe how everyday computer and network technology, including the Internet, works "under the hood" and reveal the surprising ways these inner workings affect the practice of law.

Session include discussions on Internet technology, intellectual property and related issues, the Global Online Freedom Act, recent ethical issues pertaining to computers and the Internet, and how attorneys can avoid becoming victims of cybercrime and protect their law practice.
