Big Changes for Tennessee Nonprofit Corporations (Effective January 1): Nashville


Effective January 1, 2015 Tennessee lawyers will see big changes to the Tennessee Nonprofit Corporations Act. With several revisions, this Act has had a major overhaul. These changes will impact existing non-profit organizations and new formations. Sessions in this program have been designed to help you identify these changes, understand some of the new requirements and learn how these changes will make it easier for today’s modern lawyers.
