Description:

Knowing how to handle criminal cases is essential for todays young, up and coming lawyer. Gather the tools and insight needed to successfully manage a criminal case. We will discuss how to navigate through discovery, pre-trial motions and hearings, trial management and appeals. Speakers will review the procedures and advise you on how to manage your clients expectations. The ethics portion of this program will review ethical obligations encountered in criminal matters as well as general concerns in managing trust funds.  Continental breakfast will be served.
