In this session Penny White discusses Amendments to Federal Rules of Evidence and some recent evidence cases. Then she will discuss "The Best Opinion Money can Buy Introducing and Limiting Testimony in the World of Dr. Know It All". Using scenes from real trials, participants will discuss the uses and abuses of expert testimony in state and federal courts.
