Litigation: Ethics 2015

Description:

This seminar will explore using a real-life example of a 20 count disciplinary complaint that led to a five-year suspension from the practice of law. You will learn one lawyer’s inadvertent effort to become a helpful example to litigators everywhere of what not to do. This is a litigator’s primer on how not to reconcile your ethical obligations with your role as zealous advocate.
