In an opening statement you have to prepare the jury with evidence that you think makes the difference in your case. In closing statements you will point out to the jury what you contend the evidence has shown. Attorney Molly Glover will discuss what you should and should not say to a jury in your Opening Statement. She will also discuss Objections in opening statements. Then she will discuss what should and should not be said in a Closing Statement. And she will discuss Objections to closing arguments.
