Elder Law 2015: Planning for Blended Families

Description:

Blended families can mean more potential conflicts of interest for you and almost certainly involve potential (or actual) conflicts among the kids. This session will focus on Medicaid and estate planning for the unique needs of couples with blended families while avoiding conflicts of interest. We'll also discuss what options may be available when the blended family does not (yet) include a married couple: use of premarital agreements and implications for same sex couples.
