Real Estate Law, Labor and Employment

Restaurant CLE: Serving Up Success at the Corner of Law and Food

Description:

This program will cover all corners and sides of the business and law of restaurants. Hear from experts about business development for restaurants, charitable food donations, tax law and auditing procedures. Real estate professionals will discuss leasing versus buying space. Speakers will talk about licensing, liquor laws, and labor and employment issues. A special expert panel of practicing lawyers who are also restaurant owners will share their experience with you and answer questions. Sessions are packed with farm fresh ideas and food for attendees throughout the day.

For the business lawyer this is a two for one special with information on business formation, taxes, licensing and employment law with added expertise in the area of restaurants tossed in.

We would like to thank Amber Floyd, President of the Ben F. Jones Chapter, National Bar Association for their support and sponsorship of this program.

Join us for brunch catered by Fork It Over Catering and for lunch catered by Rendezvous.
