As you know, legal writing is different than other kinds of writing. It is true that legal writing is much more technical than other kinds of writing, but don’t underestimate the value of creativity and flexibility when trying to convince the Tennessee Supreme Court to rule in your favor. Attorney Amy Farrar will discuss general guidelines for good brief writing in the Tennessee Supreme Court. She will discuss Developing a process, Content, and how to Tell a Compelling Story.
