Ready, Willing and Able to Work: Tennesseans with Disabilities and Occupational Diploma

Description:

Recently, Tennessee passed legislation that permitted students with disabilities who are exiting high school to receive an occupational diploma. This new diploma may have an impact on your clients as applicants with occupational diplomas apply to companies you represent. As lawyers, we want you to be adequately prepared to represent clients who hire employees with an occupational diploma.

This program is sponsored by Disability Rights Tennessee and TennesseeWorks.

I wanted to know more about the occupational diploma and this webinar was just what I needed. I really appreciated the presentation, especially hearing from Kat. Very impressed!
