Description:

This program will address issues regarding effective and ethical representation before the Social Security Administration, as well as other issues tangential to social security disability cases. This is also vital to lawyers who represent developers, owners and bankers. This full-day program will provide 5.5 CLE hours, including 1.5 hours of ethics credit.
