This session will cover the recent changes in the laws relative to whistleblower protection and retaliatory discharge. In addition the program will emphasize methods to use to avoid claims.

This is one of my areas of practice so I was familiar with most of it but still a good refresher.

One of the better online CLE's I have watched. The speaker was very knowledgeable, and it was clear he has lots of experience practicing this type of law. I am going to recommend this CLE to my colleagues who practice employment law.
