Interesting insights.

I wish this had been a longer program. I think he could have shared so much more. It was very helpful.

I would have preferred more material regarding title issues and less about contracts.

Do not do real estate closing!

Very informative seminar presented in a way that held my attention.

This was a great CLE I especially really enjoyed to discussion of a lack of a true standard form and the discussion of whether buyer or seller pays for certain items at closing depending on the geographical location within TN

Insight in what should be included in the real estate contract.

Enjoyed the practical advice on standard TN contracts and the divergent interests of realtors under the TAR form contract.

Lecture presented a good basis on residential closings.

This in addition to Mrs. Perry's presentation was very informative for me as a young attorney.
