In this session you will learn about wage discrimination under the federal laws. The speaker is Debra Lawrence from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The speaker will discuss the cases that prohibit employment discrimination. She will go over types of cases enforced by the EEOC and the investigations. Some case topics discussed include Equal Work, Compensation, and Title VII vs. Equal Pay Act.

Federal Express is an outstanding employer, and they provide good jobs for many individuals in our area. While I don't represent them, I did not appreciate the negativity expressed toward a great company that helps support our community. There are plenty of negative remarks that could be made about the EEOC.
