I wasn't aware authorities were required strict compliance to leave a copy of the search warrant with the accused - good to know!

I have a better understanding of the implied consent law and its relationship to search issues.

Excellent materials.

Very helpful and insightful for my private practice!

I really enjoyed the portion about implied consent blood tests. This isn't something that I was taught in law school, so I've had to learn about DUIs on my own. This presentation cleared up some questions I've had.

Great refresher on Search and Seizure. Excellent updates on DUI forced blood draws and the civil forfeiture laws.

Excellent. Would like more from this presenter.

Practical and useful knowledge.

Case law was great, wonderful explanations and review of the most important aspects of every beginning of criminal proceedings and how to defend and protect your clients. I very much enjoyed the examples and the deep detailed insight on how to use each of these topics/procedures to your client's benefit.
