This course was very informative about the hoops that one would have to jump through to open a brewery. Many of the tips also would apply to any small business situation.

Very interesting topic. Well presented.

Very basic, but helpful

Very interesting presentation with behind the scenes information on really what it takes to start an alcohol related business especially with the changes in laws within the last 10 years. Good information to know ahead of time to prevent problems in the long run.
