EXCELLENT PRESENTATION! THANK YOU SO MUCH, LADIES!

Living trust is generally inappropriate

I am a newly admitted to the TN Bar and these presenters were extraordinary in their understandability, coverage of the topic, and excellence of supporting materials. (Note: I watched about 20 minutes of this on my phone and the presentation worked just as well there as my laptop; the technology worked wonderfully.)

I learned things about trusts that I was not aware of. Great overview!

I had not fully considered the benefit of a living trust for clients with real property outside TN.

Good basic program.

Helpful information on living trusts. Good presentation materials. Thanks for the course. I might go to the next live seminar on this.

Very good basics.

As advertised; helpful.

This was one of the best, if not the best, TBA webinars I have watched! (You may share with presenters.)

Helped give me additional language to be used in the wills I prepare, I didn't have the language previously...overall very practical.

Excellent advice professionally and personally.
