Good basic course.

Pretty basic except helped on some new forms of organization.

Very well organized.

Course title is a little misleading, as very little time was devoted to capital raising.

The B Lab information was interesting.

Really well-done.

I wish it had a more focused approach (ie, excluded the benefit corp analysis) and dug deeper, but he did a nice job and I commend him for his work.

Very good presentation on business entities and particularly role of LLC's.

I was unaware of the B-Corp, so that was really good to learn about.

A good basic review for the non-specialist. Enhanced what I remembered from law school.

You should change the title to this presentation. Some of us (like me) expected the topic identified in the second half of the title ("Life Cycle of Capital Raising") to get something near equal treatment, or at least some detailed treatment. I would not have viewed this had I known there was so little on that topic.
