This presentation was very interesting to me and relevant to my daily work. I specifically appreciated the reference to case law and the explanation of the intersection between TRCP and administrative rules of procedure such as the TN Uniform Procedures Act, TN Code Ann, & TN Department of State Administrative Procedures Division Uniform Rules of Procedures for Hearing Contested Cases before State Administrative Agencies. Please offer more Administrative Law CLEs in the future. This was very helpful and appreciate- thank you!

Very well presented - would like to have more.

Good job on this one, but need another hour to cover the issues.

Topics presented were relevant and helpful. Both speakers very knowledgeable about the given subject. Second speaker was somewhat rushed for time and was unable to cover some of his expected topics.

I would like to see more Admin writing CLE courses. I enjoyed this presentation.
