Great class, will apply many of the things that I learned from this instructor.

Speaker did a good job addressing a complex topic in a brief general way.

The presentation was very worthwhile in focusing not just on protection from creditors generally, but also in dealing with the protection of the line of inheritance of children. In addition, the discussion of using discretionary trust distributions, rather than mandatory distributions, was particularly helpful.

I'm new to solo practice and this was a great refresher of things I've dealt with previously as well as a great introduction to items I need to delve into more deeply for my own practice. Easy to follow and understand also.
