Since I was in management before practicing law this program brought me up to date on the new laws in the last few years.
The course materials are a valuable resource for future reference.
This course might have better been entitled along the lines of workplace / HR compliance.

I liked the concept of thinking creatively about what constitutes "benefits" such as flexibility in scheduling, bringing your dog to work, and so on. As a solo, I need ideas for attracting and keeping good staff members. Frankly, I was hoping to get even more in the way of how to be a good employer, keep a good office culture. Not just the wage/hour stuff.
