Better if Public Chapter cited. I kind of lost the citations toward last of lecture. Ottherwise was very good update. I am not sure if there is an outline available online. My first course online. Ben is very pleasant presenter.

The new interlock mandates are draconian. I feel like the one year mandate for interlock will have a significant impact on indigent clients.
