Appreciated that the presenter did not assume his audience was IT savvy.

Excellent speaker--I liked his style of presenting the information; it was clear, not muffled, and the right volume. He seemed very knowledgeable also.

This was an excellent online course - I wish there were more like this. While I really enjoyed what was here, I would have liked a deeper dive as this is now a huge issue for me.
