I didn't realize there's no constitutional right to a preliminary hearing. I also thought the portion about being extremely detailed in pretrial motions was useful.

Good speaker, good presentation style, useful information.

Great presentation. I do not practice criminal law yet, but it is something I wanted to get my feet wet in. This made me feel a lot better about some of the procedural things I didn't quite understand like the sort of constitutional limbo that preliminary hearings are in.
