Description:

This year's annual forum will focus on best practices when you find yourself suing the federal, state, or local government. You will hear from both plaintiff lawyers experienced in bringing suit and defense lawyers who represent and defend the government. The seminar will address the best practices in bringing lawsuit, common mistakes and misconceptions, and unique issues when settling a case. The seminar will also cover lawsuits brought under the Federal Torts Claims Act and Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act.
