In this presentation Professor Gary Pulsinelli will discuss Trademark law and the First Amendment. The speaker will discuss the problems with Trademark law and free speech. Section 2(a) of the Lanham Act provides that no registration shall issue for any trademark that is “disparaging.” You will learn about recent cases involving Pro Football and In re Tam.
