Every trial lawyer needs to watch this to remind themselves of the need for civility.

I could have done without the first 13 minutes of this CLE as it seemed irrelevant and the videos weren't very useful. I did enjoy the tips for difficult parties and counsel and some of the time spent on Rambo lawyers.

Good refresher, and I liked the fact that there was a call back to some Rules of Civil Procedure to back up civility as opposed to this presentation simply being a touchy-feely presentation about kindness.

Excellent presenter, engaging presentation, useful material. Thanks!

Good reminder on civility and how to handle difficult opposing counsel during a deposition and the "nuclear option".

Great presentation - good info re dealing with difficult counsel.

Good refresher course.
