This course really refreshed my recollection, taught me things I thought I knew but made my understanding of those things much better, improved my overall knowledge, and helped me review my policies and improve them.

The importance of having controls in place with regards to handling checks and trust fund account access. Also the import of paying back unused funds if there is a balance left in the account.

Best CLE that I have attended online.

Presentation had great content and was well structured.

Thank you for making this CLE program available online.

It was interesting to learn about a few ways that you can avoid potential liability on the IOLTA accounts. Even something as small as pre-signing checks. Good program.
