Very informative, especially for someone like me who does not deal with criminal law. Great examples in the handout materials. I was especially interested in how to find criminal records and what you can do with them.

Great introduction to how to use criminal records in civil courses as well as the multiple practice areas and instances where they may come up. The presenter did a good job of providing concrete examples of how these records may come into play, our role as attorneys in searching for litigants' records and how to use them offensively and defensively.
