Description:

This presentation will cover Vile & Viral Trademarks in the first section and Protecting Software using IP in the second section. Attorney Kevin Christopher will talk about the Lanham Act section 2(A) and its ability to limit who gets a Trademark. He will discuss the Tam ruling and other recent cases. Next attorney Bill Fortunato will give an overview of how you can advise your clients on protecting their software. He will discuss how to protect software using Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secret or Patents.
