Description:

An Initial Coin Offering (ICO) is used by startups to bypass the rigorous and regulated capital-raising process required by venture capitalists or banks. More money raised in cryptocurrency in 2017 than in venture capital and private equity combined. In this section Attorney John Wagster will discuss the three phases of an ICO and the legal issues involved with cryptocurrency.
