Good material.

I enjoyed the discussion of written vs. oral argument and discussion of the importance and the Justice's take on Oral argument and effectiveness during oral argument.

Excellent presentation!

The Appeals Court, or at least Judge Gibson, encourages attorneys to extract important citations from the record and attach same (with clear citation to location in the record) as an appendix to the brief. I have thought of this, but frankly wondered (a) if it would be a confusing deviation from standard practice, and (b) if the Court would frown upon it.

Always informative to have a Court of Appeals judge giving insights into appellate practice

Very informative. I learned several things.
