As CCOVID increased and impacted more people business closed; employers sent employees home to work; and schools closed, leaving education administrators with the very difficult task of protecting their employees and the children they serve. How did this impact education? What impact did this have on children’s legal issues, such as the educational needs of children in foster care or in juvenile detention? How will we recover?
