This panel discussion documents some of the specific instances of bias in the sentencing phase along with some practical suggestions on how to limit the effect of individual biases.

Excellent Presentation
This was really interesting. I wish sessions like this weren't necessary.
The topic was very interesting. I loved hearing about the implicit bias in AI - something I never thought about. Excellent program.
The four presenter format is great for holding attention. I especially appreciated the insights about how the AI doesn't remove inherent bias, but instead may perpetuate it.
