This interactive panel will consist of an overview of wildlife conservation in Tennessee, a brief history of the Agency, and the evolution of the state’s wildlife laws, including applicable cases and legislative initiatives. There will be a discussion of the issues surrounding possession of live wildlife with examples taken from Agency wildlife law enforcement cases.
