Description: The changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding e-Discovery became effective on December 1, 2006. A working draft of proposed changes to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure have come out of the Tennessee Rules Commission Subcommittee, which will eventually lead to changes to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure regarding e-Discovery.
