Then, the speakers will talk about recent developments in the TCPA. This includes: definition of autodialer, reassigned numbers, and revoking consent.
In this session, attorney Michael Castellarin will discuss the process of filing a claim against a decedent's estate. Some of the topics in this course include: the Claims Act, notice to creditors, effect of filing claims, forms of claims, exceptions, and hearings.
