Effective January 1, 2015 Tennessee lawyers will see big changes to the Tennessee Nonprofit Corporations Act. With several revisions, this Act has had a major overhaul. These changes will impact existing non-profit organizations and new formations. In this session attorney Ron Gorsline will discuss Changes to default charter and bylaw provisions, new optional charter and bylaw provisions, and miscellaneous changes. Also at the end of the program there will be a panel discussion between Mr. Gorsline, Vic Domen, and Nelson Irvine.
