In this presentation you will hear the latest updates in the Solid Waste Rule. Attorney Greg Young will discuss the Legal and Rulemaking background of Solid Waste. Next you will hear discussions from two employees from the TN Dept. of Environment and Conservation. First on pending petitions for review and status of litigation. Then a presentation on the TN Implementation of DSW Rule including Background/Overview of Rule making process, Description of process DSW went through, and what Tennessee did to address stakeholder concerns.
