The speaker will give Practice tips for working with LEAs, discuss the Family Educational rights and Privacy Act, and talk about The Data Accessibility, Transparency, and Accountability Act.

Overall, a good lecture. Due to the subject matter, it did not hold my attention well. I thought it was going to be more on interacting with educational bodies from a corporate / transactional nature; instead, I felt as if it was mostly for parents and / or concerned citizens.
