New Drone Law: FAA Sets New Rules
In August, 2016, the FAA dramatically changed the landscape for the commercial use of unmanned aircraft by releasing a set of comprehensive rules. James Mackler, a nationally recognized expert on the use and management of unmanned aircraft by business and government, will explain the current state and federal drone law. This webinar will cover the use of drones in business, government, and by hobbyists and the unique regulatory environment for each. Topics include an overview of drones and their uses, FAA regulations, state law, privacy, trespass, liability and insurance issues, and current litigation.

Best webcast I have ever seen.
I learned several new things about Commercial drone laws. I was primarily interested in this because of I have several people I know that have recreational drones and I wanted to know more about laws concerning that. I wasn't really even thinking about the commercial aspect of it all until now. Very interesting topics.
This provided a good overview for a new and rapidly developing area of law.
My firm defends aviation related cases, and we see drones ( UAV's) as the new frontier in our future practice.
Very insightful and instructive introduction to Drone Law. I look forward to seeing more area specific instruction within Drone Law.
New area of law that was interesting to learn about. I have a few friends and clients who have started using drones and this was perfect to gain at least some cursory knowledge on the subject in case they had questions.
