EEOC recently released new rules on Wellness programs. Wellness programs must be reasonably designed to promote health and prevent disease. To participate, you must complete a biometric screening and a questionnaire. Need to be mindful of an undue burden. EEOC is employee and employer GINA focuses on spouse, as well as employer and employee. Social media prohibitions under GINA could come into play under EEOC.
