The presentation was amazing. Yes, I had to take breaks and come back to it. It is a lot of information to absorb, but he covered it and broke it down so I could understand it even though I have never worked with or cracked open law books about Medicaid before. I really appreciate that he prepared these detailed slides that I can reference as a resource at a later date. These presentations expire and are not longer available to review after awhile. I will always have these slides as a resource and b/c he provided citations supporting the statements on the slides - I can refer directly back to the primary law source too. Many presenters make general statements on their slides and you really have to see the presentation and make your own notes for the slides to be useful - I really appreciate that he did not make generic slides like that - and the examples he provides on the slides too!

Delivery was difficult to focus.

Great presenter! The information is so helpful to accurately guide estate planning clients.

Excellent course. Examples really helped.

Tenn Care is more complicated than I had realized. This is good information for GALs in conservatorships to know.

Good.

I think the presenter did a good job covering a vast amount of complicated material in one hour. However, it was a basic program and I didn't gain any new insights but it gave me an refresher, something that we all need from time to time.

About family members income and considerations and responsibilities.

I enjoyed the examples, but his presentation was a bit dry as it appeared he just read from his paper and the powerpoint. Would have enjoyed more direct presentation. But overall, informative, well thought out, and on point for what one actually encounters in practice.

Powerpoint examples were very good to illustrate exemption and qualification requirements.

For me, it would have been more helpful to see the math in equation form.

Excellent presentation and materials - very well organized.

Very helpful, l had no idea as to complexity of Tenncare.

Very clear presentation of confusing topic.

I took this CLE to get a very basic - broad overview of TennCare and thought the information presented did just that. I get asked quite often how to preserve assets and what is the look back period for transfer of assets. He did an excellent job of giving brief examples on both of these topics.

Great Resource Information.

Difficult material. The speaker was very clear and organized attacking it. Thank you.

Mostly delt with issues I had no control over. Case examiner will determine these things. How do you plan ahead or get around? More emphasis would be helpful.
