Very good, but longer time period and more detailed materials would have been even better.

These guys are excellent. Thanks much. HD

Rustle from presenters' clothing on the mic was a bit distracting but did not drown out presenters' voices. Also, a reminder to live presenters to repeat questions before they answer for the benefit of the online attendees could be helpful.

Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent and timely.

Greatly appreciated the insight into the different forms of trusts.

In my practice I do not have many clients whose estates require the use of a trust, however this CLE was very informative and I learned several things that I can apply to the wills that I draft for my clients. The idea of using a beneficiary controlled trust for bequest to children will be something I suggest to my clients from here on.

Presentation was very good. Trusts are the type of topic where you could use more than a powerpoint. So I do wish we had more substance in that.

Very well organized and presented.

The presentation was very worthwhile in bringing attention to a number of specialized trusts that are not commonly used by general practitioners. I thought that the course materials were particularly useful. The program certainly encourages you to become more familiar with the trusts that were discussed.
