Great overview. I recently completed Wills and Estates class and this presentation serves as an excellent overview of significant issues of concern that practitioner should be aware of in the estate planning process. The information provided about elderly clients is extremely helpful to effectively help these clients.

I have greatly enjoyed 101 and 102. Insightful and understandable.
