In this program the speaker will review senior’s basic documents including a Durable General, Finance Power of Attorney as well as Advance Directives including Health Care Power of Attorney & Living Will, along with the HIPAA release for seniors. In addition, the speaker will discuss the senior’s basic Last Will and Testament with Supplemental Needs Trust provisions. This program is designed for attorneys new to the practice, or those looking to brush up on their knowledge in this area.
