In this session the speaker will discuss basic Revocable Living Trusts for seniors to include provisions for a contingent or forced third party supplemental needs trust. The use of an IRA Inheritance Trust for conduit, accumulation including SNT provisions. Irrevocable asset protection trusts for the family, TennCare and Veterans. And Time permitting, we will address senior’s estate planning with Long Term Care Insurance. This program is designed for attorneys new to the practice, or those looking to brush up on their knowledge in this area.
